My name is Jacque, however you can call me Jac. I am 30 years old, very soon to be 31 and that sure will be a tough birthday. I am married and will be celebrating my four year anniversary with my husband Chris. We have been the best of friends since junior year of high school, so as they say, "it is a wonderful thing to marry your best friend." That statement sure does apply to us. We don't have any children yet, but hope to be starting in the very, very near future.
I am a big pet lover and besides Chris being my family, I also have 2 dogs(Monty and Maggie),a cat(Mckenzie),and a extremely vocal parrot named Sydney. Maggie is a Basset Hound who is absolutely preparing me for childhood. There isn't one thing she doesn't get into. I have actually had to place childproof locks on all my cabinets due to her getting in and having fun and they still remain in place. Monty, Maggie's buddy is a mix breed, and Mckenzie a 22lb. orange tabby who I couldn't ask for a more wonderful and loving friend.
Obviously, my interests are gardening, I love to learn about plants, and grow unique ones in my home. I definitely am a house plant nut since I have them all over, but I believe plants make your home more cozy.
I got a frangipani branch from my relatives while down in Key West, Florida.I was taken back by the beautiful and so fragrant flower this tree produced that I knew I had to have one for myself. However, I have been wondering about something and need two ques. answered if anyone could answer them for me. I planted it in mid January 2003, and I'm finally seeing small leaves sprouting from the top, but when should I expect to see a flower. Will I most likely see one this summer sometime? I have two different kinds in one pot, but can I repot one frangipani stalk in it's own pot without disrupting the growing process and when is the best time? Would I just dig around it to repot it or how would I go about removing one of the branches without hurting it's roots.
