Naming yourself "chickenmama1" is not for the feint of heart! It's just true.
I have lap chickens. They're about 5 years old now and they're still laying. My wolf hybrid dog helped me raise them from pullets. He would eat their food with them and he drank their water with them and even licked them to help me clean them up. They all co-habitate the backyard together and are still friends. I do love to garden but have found that it's difficult in the high desert. I need to learn a whole lot more than I know about growing things here. I have 2 grown children and almost 6 grandchildren. They all live nearby and I spend a lot of time with them. My husband, children, grandchildren and my animals are my best friends!
