I am from NJ suburb. Have lovely wife and two daughters. Am executive chef at area country club. We live in new housing subdivition with reletivly small properties. I enjoy all sorts of gardening form seed starting. to flowers, vegetales and ponding. As my children are getting older I plan to remove more of my lawn each year. At present I have used about 50% of the original lawn on my third of acre property. I garden organically and use the herbs that I grow at the country club.
