Not exactly a new gardener, but this will be my first vegetable garden on my own this year, as well as my first square foot garden. In the past, Ive simply grown perennials and annuals from seed for flower beds. A little other info about myself: Im originally from Tennessee, and am working on my phd in health psychology in NC. Since most psychologists are the craziest people youll ever meet, I figured I need a hobby to keep myself sane. :)
