I have always found that wherever I travel, the first thing that I check are the flowers in their natural setings. Annuals are very interesting and colorful, growing, blooming,and leaving seeds for the next year. Living in New York City has many advantages because everybody has plantings, indoors and out. All year, I tour the neighborhood, checking on the old and new plantings and arrangements. This site: The Garden Web , has much to offer and I visit often.
