I grow plants that thrive on benign neglect. I take a laissez-faire approach to gardening -- no cubist hedges, maybe a little too much lunatic fringe, lots of reading and planning, not too much digging, rarely enough watering. But visitors always comment on the garden, so there must be something good going on out there when Im not looking. Member, Bromeliad Society of San Diego, Palm Society of Southern California.
