soon to build the home ive planned for 20 years. had it all worked out, now i am so confused! i suddenly am in a panic! i have one chance to build..., its on family land, wont be able to sell! dont want regrets, but want to be sure our future needs are met! im 38,my only son died in car accident july 04, hubby has 24 and 17 yr olds. so, we'll soon be empty nesters and i worry about the future home needs too much!
