I am an amateur gardener. I am interested in trying new species and new kinds of seeds. We have a greenhouse as we live in the far north near the 53 parallel. I start mny seeds in the house under lights. If it is convenient we start some of our seeds on a waterbed in our shop. The waterbed provides a good warm bed and germination is great. The big problem is providing enough light once they germinate. I pick seeds in the fall to start in the spring because it is so interesting to see them grow. I am interested in trading seeds or getting seeds that will grow in my area. We are also wood crafters and make unique garden items and unique bird houses. We make wooden garden stakes and would be willing to trade wooden garden stakes for seeds. I hope anyone who is interested will contact us.
