I livein a suburban/urban area of Florida - Pinellas County, near Treasure Island, to be exact.My yard/garden is rather small.I grow lots of things in containers, as well as in the ground.No synthetics or pesticides 'cept a tiny am't of Bt once in a while.I grow lots of edibles,fruits & some flowers.I definitely need more flowers!

I'm trying to create a native habitat/oasis in this concrete-covered land of perfect green carpets that only get walked on when the yard service shows up.Left to their own devices,most things grow like crazy here & things get jungly very rapidly.Exotic invasives are a constant battle.

I also teach arts & crafts(& lots of other stuff as well) to children.
