Come and visit my garden centre Perennial Bliss 6 miles north of Killarney on Hwy #18 founded in 1999. My husband and I are farmers first, gardeners second. Ive come to enjoy growing from seeds. Not everything I try is a success, but when something fails, I move on to something else or try it again.

I have a special interest in ponds. Before we moved I had two, and they were both "natural" ponds - no filters or pumps. The water was usually crystal clear with the balance of fish, plants, and other aquatic life (i.e. snails). It took a great deal of patience to achieve this balance (3 years) but it paid off for me and I spread the word with regular pond presentations in my home and surrounding communities.

My "expertise" comes from ten years of hands-in-the-dirt experience, National Gardening Associations basic garden courses, and a Landscaping and Design course. I also have gathered much information from the internet (icangarden.com, garden.org) and by reading piles of garden books and magazines.
