I moved to Australia in Aug 2000 when I married an Aussie. Im originally from Middle Village, Queens in wonderful NYC! Guess it was a big move but Ive learned how to garden here and it was something I always wanted to do. You may take the girl outta NY but you never take the Nyer outta the girl. My friends here tease me saying how theyre picking up my Yankee accent! Ive become a garden junker thanks to the Garden Junk forum. I first joined GW on the Salvia forum, Salvias being my number one favorite plant. But now Im always on GJ. In Feb 2006 moved to a half acre property where I have the room to be really creative.
