I'm a big fan of the flowers with personality - Jasmine and its nightblooming delicious fragrance, geraniums with their soft petals and comforting scent. I am a beginner to gardening, and need all the help I can get. I'm lookingn for fragrant/special outdoor flowers for the Sacramento/Valley region, and definitely indoor/outdoor bay area fragrant flowering plants. Any suggestions? (*also, I'm looking for the best nursery in the Sacramento area)
