I started a water garden last year and have become a fanatic! It is the best hobby I've ever had! I love adding different plants. I could spend hours watching my fish. I've had a VERY BAD year with my pond and have learned so much about what to do and not do. I live in my backyard and hate the winter. We have wild turkeys and a wild rabbit that has adopted us. She has stopped eating the flowers in my garden and has moved on to my water plants!

I am married with one child...plus 4 stepchildren and lots of grandchildren. I work at a school but plan on leaving in two years to go back into design.

I look forward to learning a lot more about water gardens by joining this site.
