I am a hot foods addict. I carry red pepper flakes in my purse so I can add them to anything that I eat. I won a certificate from a Thai restaurant because I ate all of their Angry Dish! It was so hot that I drank 2 pitchers of water and my eyes felt like they were bugging out! I did it though! When I order chinese I ask for 5 star hotness. They usually look up at me and say, "Are you sure?" My hubby then says, "She's sure." HA! I usually have to add more red pepper flakes to it anyway, because they never seem to make it hot enough.
I planted several pepper plants this year and I have been lurking on the pepper forum for about a year and a half. I am hoping to meet the folks now and ask some questions.
