My husband and I purchased a beutiful condo in downtown CHicago with two balconeys totaling 500 sqft. My husband is in a wheelchair and uses the balcony to push back and forth for exercise but I am still trying to decorate the balcony. My goal is to put hanging boxes and plants on the railings. I am out looking for boxes and trying to have colorful plants and ones that can withstand the wind on the 7th floor. There is no one above me and the balcon faces south so there is lots of sun. The west balcony I would like to try and grow climbing roses. I know I have my work cut out for me so I need to get busy now. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks Mary
