I live in southern Tasmania on a rise overlooking our ten acre river flat and our free ranging chooks outside the fenced half acre vegetable garden. My partner and our four children manage to eat just about everything we grow. I have been growing vegetables more or less organically (I still use snail pellets) for fifty years.My user name comes from my habit of collecting trailer loads of bull kelp and sheep manure and making compost that will make the fence grow. I have a cattle yard that holds a hundred steers that I grew from a childs playpen!
