My wife and I have 23 acres, 17 timber, 5 tillable, and a 1 acre pond. We have 50 assorted fruit trees and several thousand feet of blueberries, red and black raspberries, gooseberries, red and black currants, aronia, elderberries, grapes, rhubarb, strawberries,and blackberries. We have 900 asparagus plants, wildflowers, and ornamentals as well. We raise lots of winter squash, pumpkins, and melons and sell at market, to restaurants, and from our private business. My wife and I love to fish, forage, deer hunt;, and we spend way too much time and money watching birds, bees, and butterflies.
