Hi, My wife and I live in the Bonney Lake area and have been working on gardens for almost ten years and our pond for about two years now. We would like to exchange plants and ideas with others who share the same passion for gardening and ponds. :)

I dont know most of the names of most plants, but I can tell you that a large part of my yard gets full sun and a much smaller part is in the shade. The soil in my yard is wonderful(not!) hardpan - lots of rocks and not much of anything else. The soil drains quite well.

I have three ponds that are connected by two creeks - all are man made and all are in the sun for a good part of the day.

I am trying to get a tropical feeling around the ponds- somewhat of an oasis thing going on.

I have an arbor that I have been working on (or not working on) for a couple of years. I currently have some little kiwi, green grape and purple grape that have yet to actually climb up on on the arbor. I also have some climbing roses that havent done any climbing.
