I raise Thorougbred/cross sporthorses, as well as herbs & heirloom, asian, & any other interesting vegetables. Am interested in starting an organic market garden business. I certainly have enough annual manure to provide for it! I also enjoy growing orchids ("easy" orchids - lol!).

Also adore cooking - particularly different ethnic cuisines. Asian, Mediterranean, Mexican - you name it. I try to grow as many vegetables as I can to augment my recipes.
