I have worked for textile and floorcovering companies since 1976. I have worked for multiple floorcovering manufacturers including Burlington, Mohawk and Armstrong.
I have sold laminate, carpet, commercial flooring, and Bruce Robbins and Hartco hardwood wholesale to distribution and retailers. I inspected hundreds of consumer complaints. My interest in this forum is to see what common complaints and questions arise time after time as I teach a course on how to avoid disappointment when selecting floor covering.
