I live in Burbank, California with my husband and dog. I have a potager/cottage garden behind my garage. I like the Potager forum, but it doesnt get a lot of action, so I usually check out the California or the vegetable forums first. The name boondoggle is a joke between my husband and I. My garden is a never-ending project that somehow never seems to look any better, no matter how much I spend on it, hence it's my boondoggle. There is no political connotation beyond that.
