I am a 38-year-old communications instructor at a local university here in the MidWest, and I long to be somewhere warm and tropical so that I can be closer to fresh fruit and veggies and asthetic beauty. In the meantime, I will do what I can to prepare satisfying meals with what I can scrounge around here, and make my yard and porch as pleasing to my senses as possible.
