Semi-retired in 2004, now I have time to really dive head first into gardening...
We recently dug a l00' x 40' pond 25' deep. DH now has his bass pond and we used the dirt to fill up our back yard, which will be all gardens with flagstone pathways.
Since this is my first year, I have been begging, borrowing, snatching, every plant I can get my hands on.
Trying my hand at Winter Sowing also this year, so hopefully next spring I'll have something to crow about.
Until then, I'm reading everything on the GW, and meeting wonderful people through my travels.
