Hi! I live in West Texas with my wonderful husband and college-age son. We have 4 cats and 1 dog. I enjoy working full-time and my hobbies are cooking, gardening, and reading. I also bake rustic german sourdough-bread.

I am actually a transplant from Germany and have lived here for 15 years. I insist on having the greenest lawn on my street. That's quite a challenge here!
