enthusiastic gardener, previously pot-bound..
now with more land to grow in. :-)

My front yard consists of Mediterranean-type plants that do well here, as well as some tropicals and sub-tropicals thrown in.

My backyard is where I am trying to grow the fragrant flowers and fruits I remember from South Asia. I have a number of jasmines, michelias, ylang-ylangs, frangipani, bananas, etc.

Have a wonderful 1.5 year old helper, more interested in digging up my plants, as I pull out the weeds. (updated sec: I now have an almost three-year old who loves watering my plants, and smelling the flowers as they bloom, smell or not).
