Found the kitchens site in a search for info planning the remodel of my kitchen. I love to cook, and read about cooking, and play with kitchen gadgets. My husband was aghast when we moved from MI to CT and I fell in love with a house with a HIDEOUS kitchen. All kinds of people would come into the house, ooh and ahh until they got to the kitchen, and then it was oh!

After two years we finally began the remodel (planning off and on for about 11 months). Thanks to the Kitchen Forum for all the good advice and comraderie!!

Have found some of the same characters, and some new ones, on Cooking, and am spending more time there... both in the forum and the actual activity. Now that my kitchen is done, it is my favorite place to hang out!! Come Join In!
