We have a Spanish Revival that was built in 1929. We absolutely LOVE our neighborhood & our home.

Recently completed project: Complete renovation of single bathroom to meet husband's ADA needs.

Upcoming: 1st Phase landscaping project (2nd Phase is a few yrs down the line with walled courtyards, pergolas, etc...); kitchen renovation and addition of 2nd bathroom & master suite.
