I have a large Rottweiler - 120 lbs. I live in condo that allows dogs BUT they are increasing the rules of ownership. They restrict the dog walking to certain areas and now those areas are beginning to show the effects of dog urine. I was trying to find out what I could do to my dog's favorite tree to prevent it from damage. The board says the tree is dying because of the dog urine.

We are going to be moving to a house and I would like to start a new garden.
