I'm Canadian, retired, have a garden on my balcony and would willingly sell my soul to live in a cob house. I read,a lot, I cook, also a lot! I love to experiment with food and luckily my best chum lives in the same building I do and also loves gourmet cooking. So we generally make lots and swap.
