I joined Garden Web after becoming an avid ponder. I started with a small 50 gal pond last spring and found out I loved it! So we tore up the backyard and went to an 1100 gallon pond with a waterfall nestled in a Japanese style garden. It is home to a mixture of comets, ruby reds and koi, and planted with aquatic plants harvested from a nearby lake. Equipped with a largo biofalls, skimmer and 3000 gph pump.
My main other pursuit is home remodeling and I spend my work hours renovating and selling older homes.
