My husband and I are semi-retired and living in a rural area of NE Alabama on a few acres with lots of large hardwood trees and various critters. My husband spent 20 years in the Air Force. I was with him for 19 of those years, and it is nice to finally settle down somewhere. We really like where we are now; the weather is pretty nice most of the time.

I spend much of my time gardening and love most all plants. We have been busy gathering plants for our new place, establishing a vegetable garden, and planting fruit trees. I was delighted to find this site!

I will be working on my lists for trades as time allows.
