I am a librarian. This spring I moved into an apartment with a balcony. I planned my balcony garden in my head all last winter waiting for the day I could have a balcony full of flowers. It was a beautiful little oasis with scarlet runner beans; railing baskets of petunias and verbena; geraniums; irises; strawberries; and moonflowers.
