I live in the Keystone State with my husband, my daughter, a jack russell and tabby cat. I love to garden and have been doing so for about seven years. I discovered GardenWeb about the same time. I have been dabbling in plant propagation with surprising success. Im trying to extend the zone limits this year, by digging up and storing tender perennials and bulbs. Well see how well my storage methods work. Some of my favorite plants are: salvia, penstemon, geranium, campanula, origanum and thyme. I love just about any blue flowers, vines, tender bulbs, orchids, african-origin plants, tropicals and anything unusual.

In addition to gardening, I love to go camping, hiking and whitewater kayaking/rafting.
