Do I have to? I just found your forum and I was so overwhelmed at the information I could gleen. Most times I do not have anyone to talk to, but this seems to be the place for nice people. Talking to gardeners and canners is so cool. I have been doing all of this stuff for over 30 years, but many things have changed and that is why I have joined all of you. I have always canned. Now it is just me & my husband (no kids other than learning how) I only can whatever I grow. Period. I do not go out to buy veggies. However, I am teaching my daughter-in-law. She is a good study. ButI have old recipes that have not been converted to the "new" system and I cannot find anyone to help. Thank you, I will join you soon on the web, Audrey+_MI.
