First African Violet is not actually mine, but my daughters, July '07. First Phalaenopsis Orchid I bought for my wife's birthday, December 1 '07. Second Phalaenopsis Orchid I bought for myself, December 23 '07. Just updating today. Forgot I had been a member here so long! Turned the back yard around from a major weed patch to a vegetable and gourd garden. More to come as I learn more and feed the soil!
