had my house built 5 years ago and started a garden -2600sq meters. Am divorced and must do everything by myself: gardening and odds and ends in the house.
so i'm trying to plant easy to care plants, basic stuff.
I live in Brittany, close ot the Atlantic Ocean. So we seldom have snow, and no heavy frosts.
What is my garden now used to be a field. I planted a hedge on the west side (lots of plants with berries for the birds) to protect the garden from west winds which can be pretty strong.
I do a lot of cuttings and I sow lots of seeds every spring, so that I can give my neighbours and my friends lots of plants.
