I have an English garden with roses and perennials, and am working on expanding the gardens with a low-maintenance/xeriscape area. I also enjoy caving, fencing, backpacking, and reading. I have a husband (Chip) and two lovely dogs. We got them from the pound and when people ask us what breed they are we tell them American Border-Heinzes (American mutt/border collie mix/Heinz 57). However, gardening with two 70+ pound dogs can be a bit of a challenge. For example, I have learned that Azaleas are (apparently) delicious!
