A new gardener living in Seattle (Sunset z5, USDA z8). Recent projects include:
- building a rockery wall and steps to terrace my back yard (13 tons of rock, 22 yards of dirt and many weekends);
- planting a hedge of Portuguese Laurel;
- transplanting a small hedge of boxwoods;
- planting a lawn, using Turf Type Tall Fescue, specifically Barenbrug Water Saver with RTF (Labyrinth).
