Im a microbiologist with a fruit and vegetable problem (I dont have enough time or land for all the fruits and vegetables Id like to grow). Ive got an orchard of 7 apple trees with 41 varieties grafted on, three plum trees with 9 varieties, three pears with 6 varieties and a bunch of assorted nuts and other fruit to keep me busy.
