I teach deaf children and struggle as a mother of unpredictable teens. My greatest sanity saver is gardening, which I started with a small 10 sq. ft patch 10 yrs. ago, and now have nearly a half acre of trial and error plantings which I share with plenty of whitetail deer. Recently I started thinking about retirement and have embarked on a journey to start a small business with container gardens. With some land in PA from my mother I have begun the process of building up an inventory of perennials for my business. I have a lot to learn, but I am a passionate and creative gardener and never tire of it.
