I'm a transplanted Texan, after having lived in St. Louis for over 25 years. Moving down here has been an adventure, and has made me a much more humble gardener, as I have had to learn a lot of things all over again because of the extreme difference in climates.

I started out in Dallas, but recently moved to a spot outside Tyler, Texas. I've now got three acres on which to pursue my gardening addiction.

I recently took early retirement and am now enjoying the good life & hope to be able to spend more time at the GW
