Right now, I m reading the Container forum because I want to plant roses in clay pots on my deck, and start growing as many plants as I can inside my home. I grew houseplants successfully when I lived in NH, but had no end of problems in my current home in coastal southern California. A few years ago when I had extended health problems, all the already-suffering plants died of neglect. Now I m healthy again and hoping to grow healthy container roses and houseplants.
