I am a Canadian that hates the cold and snow. I like tropical plants and have a plant room which is full of tropicals, succulents cactus and mainly foliage plants. When it snows I go out there and pretend I'm down South. I just purchased a beautiful large jade plant and it was too nice to go in the plant room so I have it in front of my patio door. That's fine until the summer comes and we want to use to patio door. I have an eight foot fiddle leaf fig and two large ponytail palms. This year I am attempting to grow cacti and agave and aloe from seed. I have several germinated in a bottom heated table top greenhouse.
