My garden has varying areas of shade, sun and moisture, but the clay here seems to be universal. My new garden is iniherited - about 20 yrs old and I'm still learning about what I've got. After years of enthusiastically planting things I just like and accidentally finding cominations, I'm becoming more interested in deliberate plant combinations and overall design.
