Im the wife of a retired hubby. We both love to travel and garden. Hubby does the grass and I get the flowers and the weeds. MMM!!! Something wrong there! I enjoy roses, daylilies, iris, hostas, ferns, waterlilies, and tropicals. Grew orchids for a number of years until they got to be too much work when it came time to report. I am told I have a green elbow instead of a green thumb and can make a telephone pole bloom. Making my plants look their best is my challenge and I usually come out of top. My motto is If you dont grow, you gotta go. I enjoy gardening and probably will be 100 years old and still gardening.
