I like getting up early to be able to garden without a 100 degree heat index. Fall is great because there is so much to do and the plants are not stressed out. In my new yard I plan to turn my yard into a crazy quilt. Each plant would have its own "patch" to fill in. I do not want to cut grass once or twice a week. I have 5 cats who love their home grown catnip. One Goldie is an inside and outside cat so she helps me in the garden.
