I love researching just the right fruit trees, ornamentals, and other landscaping for our place - even though space is limited. Ive found (like most everyone else) that its slow, difficult, expensive, and extremely gratifying when it all comes together. Most of our lot is partial to dense shade and we try to stick with natives, so our choices are limited. We do plant some well-mannered exotics if theyre best for a given situation. Also, we have several walnut trees and have to choose plants that can handle their toxicity. I look forward to any info and advice I can get from Gardenweb.
