Just bought a 50's ranch in need of major renovations. We are 90% DIY. Also installing a ~1000 sq ft organic veg garden, as well as landscaping the .9 acre lot. First thing we did when we moved in fall 2008 was refit an existing shed for our chickens' new coop (http://www.SoPoChickens.org). Our plan is to fix this house up, then take another major sailing trip, hopefully before our daughter goes away to college!
