I have taken over the gardening in our large suburban lot now that we have cut down a large maple which shaded the entire back yard. I love large, flowering perennials, and am trying to make the garden attractive to birds, bees, and butterflies. Winter sowing has helped me fill the garden with colour and I continue to grow a number of herbs and veggies.
