wallpaper mural question

Found a panorama/mural wallpaper we want to use in a condo. There are 4 panels with no repeats. Length is 110 inches. My dilemma is whether it can only be used on a wall that is exactly 110 inches. If placed on a longer wall, what would go beside it or on each side? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Without seeing a photo of your space it is hard to say but there are ways to make the mural look complete on a wall that is too big. The first thing I would do is paint the entire wall the same color as the background sky of the mural. Then I would try and put one end of the mural at the corner of the room. As for the other end of the mural, I would cut the mural to the contour of the trees and rocks so that there is no sharp cutoff. If you cannot put one end at a corner then cut the contour of the trees and rocks from both ends.

How tall are your ceilings because this mural is almost 11.5 ft tall. If your ceilings are 8 ft, you'll be losing quite a bit of sky. It's pretty expensive at $700 for 9 ft of wall paper

Here's another idea: digital printing on glass I inquired locally, and it was not terribly expensive to have an image digitally printed on a large glass surface.

I don't think I can get the paper wallpaper backing/wallpaper paste to release from the paper coating of the faux wood paneling. They've essentially fused to become one. If I try to remove all of the paper, and clean it, I'm certain I will end up with badly damaged paneling. I really think the only options are paper over paper, or paper over paste. I just need help understanding which is best of these two options.

You get four panels in a single order, each panel 27 x 137 " ( rounding ). Meaning one order is 9' wide and eleven feet tall. Fillllll the wall! with a double order if necessary. Do not end and leave open space of drywall.

You need to inform ceiling height, where you want to locate it, a dimension of the full wall, and pictures of the space!

Murals are not a DIY. You need a skilled paper hanger.

Thank you all for the quick and detailed responses. We will have a professional install as we are doing other reno to the home. Ceilings are a little over 9’, and we are aware of losing sky. Appreciate the photo showing double the number of panels and the suggestion for cutting/contouring one end of the mural. Those were the kind of ideas I needed before talking with local pros.
